Filler Neck Gasket

Happy 4th to all. I'm getting ready to replace the filler neck gasket on my '69. The one on there now the PO painted body color. Is this correct or is it supposed to be black? Thanks for your help.

Re: Filler Neck Gasket

If you want the best neck gasket you should check out Wes here on the board. His website is classicheartbeat.com. I believe he had these made because of the poor quality of others. A ton of posts about them here on the board.

Plus don't let his website fool you. It is kind of an early internet looking site, but he has a ton of really great stuff. He is a truck guy through and through.
