1963 c20

Have this c20 for sale. Was going to be a farm pickup to haul hay in and fire wood etc but decided to retire my 64 c20 to farm life where she can sleep inside every night so this one is up. May consider parting it. 1963 c20 283 v8 with a four on the floor. Has rust on the floor under driver side mat, rockers aren't too rusty, not perfect by any means. Welded steel floor in the bed but it appears to have been professionally done. Had it running off a can of gas when I bought it. Rare red seat. Passenger side window got shot out which is another reason I'm wanting to move it. Still on her original 8 lug split rims with bias ply tube type tires that hold air. Not a bad pickup. Asking 1000 for the whole thing but I'm a nice guy I'll negotiate.

Aero, I've got a guy here in Alabama who is an old truck enthusiast himself and he specializes in shipping old trucks from wherever to wherever all across the U.S. for 85 cents a mile if you want to consider using him. He'll set up a run to carry something toward Kansas, drop that load for that buyer and pick up your 63 and carry it to NY,then find another buyer there wanting something shipped towards Alabama....that's how he gets all over the country. 85 cents a mile is about as cheap as shipping can be done - his name is Randy Kroth - call him at 256 200 2824

Re: 1963 c20

If you end up parting it and that steering wheel is relatively crack free, I'll be first in line for it.

Mister, not sure how urgently you need a steering wheel, but barring this 63 being parted out, I probably have one of these wheels in nice shape. There is no such thing as an original wheel without cracks but I feel like I have one with tiny hairline ones which is about the best shape you can expect - PM if interested

JDL71, I have a local friend who's gotten into the shipping business - he charges .85 cents a mile from KS to you in MO. you can run your own quote by doing the math. Call Randy Kroth at 256-200-2824 to discuss if you decide to pull the trigger.

I saw that in your other post. It's a little farther away than I thought, and Aerotruk63 is in front of me anyway. I will keep your friend in mind for the future though, thanks.

Budman, I think Randy is headed to Nebraska this week from California, and I understood him to say he was headed back to CA after that, so I feel like he can work out a trip through Wyoming for you pretty easily....call him up - good luck
