72 c10 driveshaft question

I have a 72 c10 with a 78 350 and I need a custom driveshaft made for it. Anyone know any threads or forums to where the length may be. Thanks in advance

Re: 72 c10 driveshaft question

Jam the yoke in the tranny all the way, pull it back out 3/4"-1", then measure from the face of the pinion yoke to the center of the u-joint cap on the trans yoke.

Re: 72 c10 driveshaft question

You're gonna have to measure. Find a driveshaft shop, then ask them the exact place they want the measurements taken from. Never know and it's better to be 100% sure.
