New back glass rubber not fitting good.

I installed my new precision back glass rubber seal and it does not fit tight to the body on the top corners and sides. The original one fit good. Original glass and trim. Has anyone else had a similar problem. I pulled the back glass out to recheck and measure every thing to make sure the glass and rubber are centered. I reinstall it and it is still the same. Pulling the inside flap of rubber down you can see that the seal is in all the way.
