Doors binding

I'm having an awful time with my truck. It looks like someone has installed new door rubber on it. Between the cab and door and it is binding, you have to slam the doors, then they spring out when you open them. I have tried adjusting them, but it doesn't help. It seems like I read some where that now they have a better door rubber on the market, has anyone heard anything about that. It's like the rubber is to big and starts binding on the front when you close the door. Anyone got any ideas? Don't mind buying new rubber, just don't know what to buy or if that's the problem. Appreciate any help.

Re: Doors binding

New Precision push on Door rubber seals, they will still have a little break in period.

You did adjust the hinge's on the door so the door can be moved outward correct?

Here's one of the vendors but there are many.

Re: Doors binding

It's been about 6 weeks on mine after adjusting the doors out but it is getting better (slowly). I can't wait to be able to adjust them back in.

You could wipe something like WD 40 on the rubber to help the door close...

The guy in the link is a gold vendor on this forum, he sells the push on Precision door seals, and as i said a number of vendors sell the same seals, you need to call this guy or visit the vendors list and start contacting them to see who sells them. GMC Paul's is another.
