Anyone know if this is the same for a C-10, say its for a C-40.

I believe the wiring harnesses were the same for all the different truck sizes, as they all used the same cabs. the engine/light harnesses were specific to the engine/trans combination. but, if they came with or without air changes everything. I'm sure someone will correct me if I"m wrong, but looking at my assembly manual, they all used the same cab, only different chassis and front sheet metal, engine/drive trains.
the larger trucks may have come with an air gauge (for air brakes) or a vacuum gauge but all used the same major cab parts.

Another way to check might be to look on americanautowire.com and look for the "Factory Fit" product line (not Classic Update) for the vehicle you have in mind. If you look at their product / price list on pdf for that Factory Fit line you can see all the different options and harnesses for various vehicles. I have found them to be accurate for what I've used from them - and when I have asked questions their staff seems competent. My 1970 A/C truck (C10) had a separate A/C harness. The heater blower is still on the dash harness.
