Questions before I start buying my first round of parts

I'm about to buy all the frame parts, gas lines, tank, rubber bumpers all of it.
I'm going to put an LS in it and I have some questions
I've dug through threads and maybe I haven't found the right one to answer these questions
I currently have a 3 outlet sending unit
Which sending unit do I need for the LS conversion? Carb or TBI? Does it matter?

Does anybody have a bolt size list for all the frame bolts?

I'm still wondering which shackles and spindles to get for lowering with 17X10 wheels that aren't tucked behind/under the fenders, Ie similar backspace.
A drop that puts the tires just far enough away from the fenders to keep them safe. Im open to tire sizes that would work with this but not as tall as the ones currently on it.

an example of the type look I want that I found in google search

Here is my truck shopped with a drop that is awesome

And here is my truck with the stock height and wheels currently on although it has been on the sideline parked for 9 years
