95 G30 oil pressure dummy light

I put a tbi 350 from a 95 g30 van in my 63 panel truck. The g30 instument cluster has a oil pressure gauge which I couldn't make work in my 63 cluster. Like an idiot I never took the time to wire up a dummy light for the oil pressure. I had a oil pressure line split while going down the road and I trashed the engine before I knew I had a problem. I have since put another engine in the truck (without oil cooler lines) but I would like to wire in a simple dummy light. I only see the 3 wire switch at the back of the block near the distributor.

Is there a simple way of using those 3 wires to add a dummy light to my cluster?
Thanks,
Jake

Why not plumb in a mechanical gauge? Would be super easy and then you can't monitor pressure. That's what I would do..

An oil light uses a different sensor then an oil gauge.

You would need to get a sensor (switch) for a dash light.

If it is modified from what came stock from the factory, let us know that too.

I would put in a T fitting and run a gauge from one and a light from the other. The light will get your attention the gauge will let you know what you got.
