Painting grill and trim pieces
I've been searching and have found lots on emblems but not what I'm looking for on the trim and grill. I want to paint the black on my 1971 gmc Chrome grill and redo the black on the trim pieces. Can some one tell me what make of spray paint to use and should it be primed etc also prep I should do. Or should I just bite the bullet and take it too a body shop and have it done.

Re: Painting grill and trim pieces
You probably would get more information in the "Paint" section. In the build section most people dont even bother looking at posts that aren't builds.

Just look all the way to the right of your thread in the forum and you will see moderators. Click one of their names and send them a pm. Ledzepp and Longhorn are pretty responsive.
