just noticed this about the cargo lamp

anyone ever noticed how similar a cargo lamp is to a 69 RS Camaro backup light?





wonder if the interchange?

I know the lens will interchange, not sure about the housing though.

The reverse lights are right and left and the cargo light interchanges with the one. I think left, since they mount upside down on a Camaro and the socket would be angled to center and the truck is angled to left.

This is especially funny to me since my blue '70 GMC with cargo lamp literally sits next to my blue '69 Camaro RS/SS with the same lights... and I never noticed.
