VIN matches Title and VIN plate But...

According to my interpretation of the VIN codes the truck is a 1969. It has a factory color that ended in 1969. The title says 1970. Anyone have any experience with this issue?

Yes, a state will errantly title a new truck by the calendar year and not year of manufacture. It's a '69 that was titled in '70.
