Possible GMC Heavy Half on CL

This caught my eye because it's short bed GMC with an 8 foot camper. I researched and figured it must be a Heavy Half version which would mean heavier duty springs etc.
The body looks good except for passenger side fender and rear panel (he mentioned an area I did could not see). It's a Sierra Classic model and appears to be stock.

I did call and speak with the gentleman; he said he's only had it for about a year. It has about 180k miles(350/350 combo he said).

I asked for a photo of the SPID, interior and engine compartment.

He declined to send me anymore photos of the truck or even post some up, so told him I would have to pass without more information.
He seemed pretty stuck on the price as well.

It sounds fair to me. I don't like the look of the camper on the short bed but I'm sure the camper alone is worth $1500.
