Cool bench seat but

This is the second seat i have seen like this and it also had mouse poop around it. I am thinking of getting this seat reupholstered but don't know if mouse smell might come out on hot days. Anyone want to venture a guess on cost of new fabric?

Thumbs up Re: Cool bench seat but

something like that will stink forever . new fabric wont help that you will have to get them refoamed aswell.

but if you are in the market for a new seat it would be an excellent candidate. very cool seats. call around to some local upholstery shops and get a cost estimate.

Re: Cool bench seat but

I paid $50 for a salvage seat. Had about $150 in fabric, that I ordered myself to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Then I paid a guy $150 to reupholster the seat.

Re: Cool bench seat but

Around here the Pick and Pull sells bucket seats for about $35 each, and I think bench seats are about $80. I always see nice seats that don't require reupholstery, even leather seats. Local upholstery shops can patch up/rebuild seat foam for about $100, and another $150 for fabric. I got my favorite Chrysler Sebring Convertible seats for about $80 and they only need a little restitching on on driver's seat. I did have to hunt for a few months but they do show up from time to time. I like the integral seat belts.

Re: Cool bench seat but

I think that second seat is an aftermarket seat for a van/rv.
