Cutting 3 cabs up...
I am cutting 3 cabs up this weekend. There is no titles to these. There is lots of good metal left. One has a really nice firewall, I just don't know how to cut it out to be able to reuse it. So I will cut pieces out of too. I will get pics up later today or tomorrow.
I also have a 1969 GMC LWB chassis that will get cut up to be hauled away... Thanks! Jimmy

Re: Cutting 3 cabs up...
Sorry Larry, most of the floors are gone.
I have a cab that has perfect kick panels, but I am not sure how to remove them?

Re: Cutting 3 cabs up...
Interested in one of the firewall sections under the heater box and up to the wiring gutter just above heater box. Some pics of where mine is rotted for reference.

Re: Cutting 3 cabs up...
Hi Kieth. One of the cabs has a perfect firewall... Just wasn't sure how to remove it in one piece. And how is the best way to ship?

Re: Cutting 3 cabs up...
Jimmy, I probably only need about a 15x15 section of the firewall where the heater box is! A cutoff wheel or sawzall would make quick work of it if you don't mind cutting it up. I think ups or fed ex would be fine for shipping. On the lower window channels, I would need about a 8" section on each side of the cab where the factory seem is.

Re: Cutting 3 cabs up...
Don't mind cutting any of it up at this point. I just need to make sure I can ship the pieces. I only have one that has the bottom of the windshield intact. I will go get a couple pics.

Re: Cutting 3 cabs up...
Could I get a cut of the gas fill hole. Mine was welded shut, and not very good. I would like to get it to look original again. Could also use a cut of the filler neck and a cap if you have that. Thanks
