Replacement needle for tachometer

So I bought a factory tach cluster awhile ago and at some point being stored the tach's needle broke, the other needles literally crumbled when u touched them as well. I know I can swap the other needles from another parts truck I have, but any suggestions on the tach needle? I'd rather not have to buy another tach when I know this one works.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Replacement needle for tachometer

The big fuel gauge needle should be the same I think.
