Intermittent wiper switch on 79
Can someone confirm for me what the switch positions should be on a 79 factory intermittent wiper switch. I'm guessing the following:
From left to right: 1- push to left for wash/wiper 2-off 3- intermittent which speed is adjusted by turning knob 4- low 5- high Is that correct? I purchased a switch off gmachinz and it does not appear to work on intermittent. |

Re: Intermittent wiper switch on 79
That is correct. Though the intermittent part of the system is not in the switch. There is a separate delay module just behind the switch, most probably your issue, it is about the size of a 9 volt battery if memory serves me correct.
