Th350 rebuild
I have a 77 k10 I pick up a week or 2 ago, the trans shifts real slow, and it leaks pretty bad. Last night I pulled the th350, and np203 out of a parts truck, ordered up a pretty complete rebuild kit, and I'm going to order the th350 handbook from Ron Sessions. Anyone that rebuilt one have any advice?

Re: Th350 rebuild
I rebuilt a couple. A master rebuild kit is fairly cheap. Imagine there are probably a few "step by step" video's on u-tube. I laid a piece of poly in the box, and put all of the parts down in the order they came out. It's best to remove the tail and stand trans with the bell housing up for removal-install of parts. I made a small box out of 3/4" plywood with hole for the tailshaft to stand the trans.
