Warning, objects in mirror are missing!
The compas and temperature stopped working in my rear view. Any suggestions of where to look first? I know thes trucks have wiring gremlins, but if someone could point me in the right direction to start I would appreciate it.

Re: Warning, objects in mirror are missing!
Just a thought but similar happened to our '99 Tahoe several years ago. Have anything hanging from the mirror mount? Compass and temp just suddenly quite working. Checked the sensor which is behind and in the center of the grill to make sure it was still plugged in. All good there, looked at the back of the mirror and the wire leading to the mirror had come loose from the wife hanging a pair of baby shoes from the mirror bracket. Re-connected it and been working fine since. Needless to say, we don't hang baby shoes from the mirror anymore, LOL. Might be worth checking.
