Prepping new rubber floor
Hi all.
I recently bought a 72 C10. One of the things it needed was a new rubber floor. Bought one, along with the insulation, from Classic Industries. I've been reading on here that some members leave the flooring out in the sun for the day to make the folds relax. The instructions say not to. Thoughts? Advice on installation? Thanks! I'll upload pics when I get a chance. |

Re: Prepping new rubber floor
All day, probably not, an hour maybe depending on how hot it is, just get it warm. Make sure you ordered the correct one, some trucks have a high hump over the tranny, the others have the low hump.

Re: Prepping new rubber floor
Thanks! I did order the correct one.
It'll be in the low 80's today, so I'll leave it on the deck for an hour. |
