1960 C-10 with a 64 Frame
Just bought this truck and found it to be a 3/4 ton. I am looking to replace the supension with 1/2 ton but not sure what parts fit. I was told to go get late 70's thru early 80's control arms and they would fit to do a hub swap to get rid of the 8 Lug wheels.
Any comments? |

Re: 1960 C-10 with a 64 Frame
your best/easiest, and maybe cheapest solution is to source the entire front cross member form a 73-87 1/2 ton, remove yours , drill a few holes and bolt the 73-87 in place. captain fab on here sell the bracket to make the late model power steering box work.
