Exclamation 1972 CUSTOM Camper with coil springs

My 72 c20 has coil springs and the trailing arms are rusted out. All the replacements are listed for 1/2 tons. Are they the same?

Re: 1972 CUSTOM Camper with coil springs

Technically the 3/4 ton arms have an extra plate riveted to the top of the arm from the axle end up to the spring mount. This was to provide extra support to the arms since they are likely to be worked harder.

If you're not using your truck as a work horse, you can use the 1/2 ton arms.
