Single speed is what I have now, not sure if a 2 speed switch is compatible. Do not need knob. Thanks

Is the wiper motor single speed?

I guess so. The switch is and is has not been changed. I broke the contact loose from the connector on the bottom of the switch.

The switch only seems to have one detent is what I'm getting at.

No, just the switch with the tab attached to connect to the harness plug. Hope that makes sense...
