1969 Tach instrument cluster- untested

This dash cluster came out of a 69 CST high hump cab with a V8. The needles on the Speedometer and Tachometer move freely but are faded. The faces have clear, even markings with no bad spots in the colors. The black paint on the faces is good with a bit of rust on a couple of the screws. The lens is in good condition and will polish out. The outside back metal has surface rust. The printed circuit is unbroken as far as I can tell. I have more pics if you need to see more details. $160.00 shipped in the continental U.S.

Payment sent. My address in paypal is correct. Do you happen to have the tach wiring harness that plugs into the tachometer tabs?

I did save some of the bird's nest of wire that was on the firewall of the cab when I got it. First I'll have to see if I can find an image of an original Tachometer harness and then go root through the remnants of the original wiring before I ship the cluster to you. I will definitely search for it. I just don't know exactly what it looks like.

Thanks, I think it is just 2 wires which begin with the tach plug on the back, one of those plugs into the fuse panel and the other goes through the firewall to the distributor and that wire has a grommet molded into it.

Re: 1969 Tach instrument cluster- untested

I found a section of the original harness, with two wires, one red and one brown that has the correct plug for the back of the tachometer and the funny little rubber doo-dad that looks more like a bulb than a grommet. I placed it in the box with the instrument panel and dropped it off at UPS this morning. I purchased the shipping label through Paypal, and you should have been sent a tracking number. If not, let me know and I will send it to you in a PM. Thanks
