Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
Two GM exhaust manifolds, right and left. Left looks awesome and can be easily pimped up to show quality. Right isn't as pretty (I had to use it when by original checkered) and has A.I.R. fittings (currently plugged). No damage to either (cracks, checkering, etc). I removed them when I went to headers.
Asking $65 for the pair + shipping. (If you want only the left it's still $65 but you'll save on shipping I guess). I don't do paypal so other payment will need to be arranged.

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
Sure. I'll bring them to work tomorrow, box them up and see what the long ride west might cost.

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
I boxed them up but am getting some pretty crazy shipping costs.
I have them in a box 15" x 19" x 13.5" and they weigh just under 30 lbs (so am using that weight). Based on the online shipping calculators, USPS says they want $72.21. FedEx says $47.92 for four-day. I am shipping from NC, 28088 is the zip I am using.

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
I understand. That shipping seems really high though. I have to go to the post office tomorrow and I will check there just for the heck of it.

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
Shipping rates have killed the used parts sales, I just received a rate increase notification from ups for like 4.3%

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
Based on what I wonder. Diesel is down lower than its been in years and isn't expected to go up much next year.

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
Fuel cost are Fuel cost but Labor cost are on the rise. Higher cost are the direct results in people using Email instead of Snail Mail so USPS has to get the get'en (to your wallet) any way they can

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
Bump. These are nice factory manifolds for someone on the east coast (west coast too if shipping doesn't kill you!)

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
it would prob. be cheaper to put them in large priority boxes.

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
Absolutely, but I don't think they will fit. The boxes aren't quite big enough. Might be worth trying again though.
Thanks for the thought (and bump)

Re: Factory (Cast Iron) Exhaust Manifolds
when you go for the box ask for the large skinny box. they usually have them behind the counter
