Manual to automatic swap

I'm sure this has been discussed, but for some reason this tablet won't allow me to search the forum.

I have someone interested in purchasing my 72 K10 which is currently a 3OTT. He wants an automatic. I told him the seering column is an easy swap, but wasn't real sure what's involved with trans swap

Will my current crossmember work? What has to be done to the trans (turbo 350/400) to allow it to bolt up to the NP205 transfer case? Those are my two mian concerns

I realize it also involves flex plate, linkage and trans cooler lines, but those are easy
