72 Sierra Grande Help

Hi Folks I have a ? I bought a media blaster 40lbs to start on my cab 1 are at a time what is the best media to use for rust and paint ? Thanks Saddle Tramp

My mom said to make sure you have a proper mask so you don't get coal lung.
