Evaporate canister question?

Trying to figure out where the lines hook up. The 1st line runs to the constant vacuum on my carb. The 3rd line runs to a steel line that goes into the cab for venting of the gas tank. The 2nd line, the middle one on the canister is not hooked to anything. Any idea where it's supposed to go? Sorry for the upside down picture, haven't figured attachments out yet! Lol

Great video for vacuum lines: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HmiBp9ibfU

I haven't studied the book, but I'd guess his routing from the canister to the PCV isn't factory.

Re: Evaporate canister question?

Thanks for the link. I am thinking I should buy a pcv valve that has the extra port and hook that middle line to the pcv port. Will try that and see if it has any ill effects. It's been running fine without it hooked up, just don't like things dangling in the engine bay when it should be hooked to something! Dang PO's!
