Re: WANTED: 47-54/55.1 Project

Hey. I have a 1955 first series 4400 dump truck. ( 1 1/2 ton). Completely solid frame. I was in the middle of restoring but due to time resriction I'm no longer able to finish it. I took off the inner fenders, fenders, inner outer cowls and floor boards. Had floor board reinstalled as well as cowls. I purchased original fenders from a guy in AZ and had them blasted. There is no rot at all. I etch primed them and had some (dope) paint them. He "forgot" to do body work on them. Again....dope. I removed front bumper and sandblasted and powder coat primed it. I purchased all the things to make it 12v including wiring harness and alternator w mount. I bought all new chrome handles (inner and outer), new radiator, rebuilt carb, new fuel pump, plugd and wires. I had gas tank professionally cleaned then reinstalled it. I put new fuel Lines in as well. I removed grill and sandblasted and etch primed. I have all new gaskets for truck as well as new rear window and vent Windows. Let me know if you are interested. I am in zip code 10312. Thanks.
Craig
