Colorado Craigslist K5 Blazer DO NOT BUY!!

I saw this Blazer listed on my local Craigslist on Sunday. Since then the owner has dropped the price twice. Originally asking price Sunday was $8,500. Price dropped to $7,200 yesterday. Then, this morning I saw the price dropped again to $6,200! I spoke to the seller, I got my trailer and took the drive up the mountain to take a look. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LOOKING AT THIS BLAZER! Truck was slapped together some time ago, the current owner got taken at auction and has no idea of how bad the Blazer is.

There is not a single panel that doesn't have serious rust damage.. There is lots of rust in cup of the right front fender, the rt inner fender front area is gone, same on the left side. Both doors have bubbles, tub behind the doors has rust, behind both rear wheels there's rust. And that's just the start! The tailgate, lower body up to the trim line and the whole dash are spatter painted! The cluster, glove box door, everything on the dash has textured spatter paint on it! The grill housing was so rusted they painted it black. The rockers were replaced and are still ok but the torque boxes were cut off and are still missing! The tub repairs and multiple floor repairs were done horribly with new metal put right over the old rusted areas. The "B" pillars have lots of rust damage that was never addressed and both upper corners of the firewall have rust through.

The blazer has a nice front and rear bumper, black double wall top and $2000 in new rims and tires besides that it's a shiny blue rust bucket! Seller is firm on $6200!! DO NOT BUY!!

Looks like one of those that World Wide Vintage Auto got a hold of. Slap some bondo all over it and spray it real quick...

I was wondering why that thing was so cheap... lol
