C10 garage

Well with no place to really work it was time to either build a garage or find a place to work, so I am going to be moving the project 68 to a place in town. I have a few renovations to do but it will be a great place to work with 10 foot ceilings and heat and air.

Re: C10 garage

Well we got the air compressor moved in yesterday, all the wiring cleaned up where we took out partition wall, today I am wiring up the compressor to the 3 phase power and running some lines so we will have air. We got the heat and air working also yesterday so that is a definite plus.

Re: C10 garage

I'm jealous. This is exactly what I need. I haven't heard of anything cheap enough around here since they sold where my old shop was ($70 a month).

The only problem with that nice place will be the day you have to move. I went into my old shop knowing that, and the day came. After 9 years there bringing stuff in, yep, a logistical nightmare.

My boss owns this, he is also working on his k10 there so it works out well and the rent is very fair the total building is 12,000 sq ft
