Topkick/Kodiak question

Does anyone know when they went to 4 wheel disk brakes and hydroboost on the Topkick/Kodiak's?

I'm not sure when the Topkick/Kodiak name started but in the medium duty C series I have 4 wheel disk and hydroboost in 89. In my parts searches I've seen hydro boost parts listed as far back as 84.
