Dynomax

I know these questions have been asked a hundred times and I have been through a bunch of information but I got a set of Dynomax super turbos I'm going to have installed on my 84 C10 was wondering if it's worth the money to have an x-pipe set up with that any info would be great thank you, also to whoever has these on their trucks do you like them?

Re: Dynomax

Yes, I'm a fan. Pops and I had a 72 El Camino SS with a fairly healthy small block. Initially just had dual exhaust with no crossover and we had it all redone with an X. It seemed to bring back some low RPM power and took a lot of the raspyness out of the exhaust.

Re: Dynomax

I have Dynomax Super Turbos and an X-pipe. It sounds nice, can hold a conversation in the cab, and reasonably throaty on throttle.

The X apparently mellows the exhaust note down a bit. I didn't run it any different before.

Pipes, with other mufflers:
