Can Someone Cut These Off Of A Dash For Me Please??

I NEED A SECTION CUT OUT OF A NON-AIR DASH. I NEED THE SMOOTH PART ON A NON-AIR DASH WHERE THE AC VENT BALLS ORIGINALLY WENT ON AC TRUCKS. I HAVE AN AC TRUCK AND I WANT TO PUT SMALL ROUND BILLET VENTS BACK INTO THE DASH, BUT IT WOULD BE ALOT EASIER TO WELD THE HOLES UP IF I HAD A PATCH PANEL IN THE SAME SHAPE AS THE DASH.

I WILL PAY PAYPAL TO WHOMEVER CAN GET THESE CUT-OFF A PANEL FOR ME ANS PROVIDE A PICTURE. I HOPE THAT I AM NOT ASKING TOO MUCH!!

-AARON

LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED A PIC OF WHAT I NEED!

Im not sure why some people are so uncomfortable with my little friend. Perhaps they've had a bad "clown" experience when younger.:p

Parts is parts There are lots of old junk cabs beyond saving that make suitable donors. You may want to post on the parts board for better response.

I know where you can get some cherry gauge cluster pieces too

You would probably be better off by bending some sheet metal and welding the holes shut, because you might find that the pieces you are looking for might not fit like you want them to. I don't know for sure, because I've never tried it, but shaping some metal shouldn't be hard at all.

Off topic: I love my sawzall. Great way to get a motor out of a van you don't want to keep.

CPNE, your little friend kinda resembles the clown from Stephen King's IT. It looks alot like him minus the teeth!! That could be the bad clown experience that you are referring to!!

Dude...

It's way easier to replace the dash as one whole piece. Snip both dashes under the dash pad. Reweld back together at same location once non-air piece installed. Look under dash where dash attaches to side kick panels-mine is bolted on. So I would unbolt at kick panels, and cut and re-weld, then dashpad covers welds. Thats how I heard its done.
