New personal best
Managed to muster up a new personal best 2 weeks ago at bandimere speedway. 9.9 @ 139mph! 7800+DA. Easy launch on 5psi. I was hitting my limiter right at the end of the 1/4. Lower (numerically) gearing and possibly a new converter (calculated 27% slip) will be in order this winter, as well as some much needed safety equipment!

Re: New personal best
3:73, 28x10.5 (stiff sidewall), I generally shift at 6300...this run I short shifted 2nd & 3rd. Trap RPM was 7000.
This was basically the first time I was in a vehicle this heavy with tubed slicks and the 'sway' combined with the truck pulling towards the left threw me off guard a bit. Thanks everyone! |
