WTB: 60-62 swb chassis

Looking for a solid 60-62 short wheel base 1/2 ton chassis. Frame only would be ok, but I also would like trailing arms at the least. Our frame is rotted in the rear and the trailing arms are toast. We would like to build one clean and swap the body. Something preferable in nice condition, even lightly restored would be ok. PM me.

Thank You

Why not the better 63-66 frame?
I wouldn't want the torsion bar front or the rear frame rail design.

Re: WTB: 60-62 swb chassis

From what I understand it's not a direct swap? It's a friend's truck that I am helping with and he's leaving it 100% stock on the chassis, so I figured this would be easiest. Otherwise, yes and yes LOL.

Leevon,

I've got a 60 LONG wheel base frame/rolling chassis all ready for sheet metal -- rebuilt rear end, drive shaft, and front end. In Chicago.

Thanks for the offer, I think we'll probably fix ours before we go for a long bed though.
