1971 passenger side b post

does any one know what was bolted here in this picture, it is recessed into door opening below door latch

Like ck5566 says.
Attached is a pic of my spring, factory had a 5/16" X 3/4" phillips pan-head bolt in there.
See following thread (post #11) Lockdoc has a picture of it bolted in place).

I think you need to go back and look at the original picture and re read what he's asking. Under the door latch wouldn't be the Door as the Door covers the door latch. What ever your Smoking I'd stop. LOL LOL
