Front anti-sway bar reference pictures.
This thread is intended for reference.
I bought and parted out a 1965 C10 LWBFS. It was too far gone. Sorry guys, it's all gone. It was a custom truck with plenty of custom trim. I snapped a few pictures of the factory front anti-sway bar to serve as a reference for you folks who like to make things "factory correct". Hopefully you can make out the bracket location and size. The PS bracket was damaged by a wreck but the DS was fine. I used a caliper to measure the bar thickness. Looks like it was 15/16" thick. I know that the 1964 lower control arms didn't have pre-drilled holes for the bar. The 1965 and 1966 front lower control arms did have pre-drilled holes - see photo of mine. That's all for now. Please feel free to add any additional factory pics or other helpful info.
