Greeting from North Dakota!

I am the proud owner of a 66 c10 fleet-side long-box that had a frame-off restoration about eight years ago. It has been in the family for over 50 years as my maternal grandfather bought it new in September of 1965. I bought it from him in 1988, drove it for many years, and then bit the bullet to have it restored. My intention was for it to be my daily driver. It was apparent partway through the build that it was going to be way to nice to be used that way, especially during the winter months in North Dakota. It has become our "cruiser" for nice days in the spring, summer and fall.

I have accessed information from this site many times, but had the inclination to finally join as I have a problem with which I need some advice. It's thread is titled: C-Notch on a 66 c10 with a rear-mount gas tank?

I look forward to being an active participant on this great site!
