My daily driver is a 95 Toyota 4Runner SR5 3.0 V6 5 speed 4X4.

I drove an 86 Chevy Suburban for about 10 years before I got the 4Runner and still miss it but was looking for something that would do a bit better on fuel.

I only drive once or twice a week, but when i do it is usually on a 80 mile highway trip.

And what do i drive? My '72 C-10

Works great for highway trips, and short bursts around town, besides the 12mpg on premium fuel, lol.

I like it soooo much more than new stuff. It actually sticks out. And when it breaks i can fix it

I enjoy Driving the extremes. slow a$$ 4 banger ranger (but decent on gas) nuts fast Caddy ( you never did doughnuts till you did it in a 22 foot long car) or one of the trucks, but currently, my 68 is undergoing a beater to beauty conversion (slowly).

96 GMC...Low mileage compared to many of you...124,000. Some day I hope to alternate between it and the 70 (when I don't need AC). Dang rain.. I could have actually got some work done today.

Funny you should mention that, Billy Adams is one of my favorite movies from "back in the day." My circle of friends had a running gag about O'Doyle Rules. Too long and stupid to post here, suffice it to say it made me smile when I read it.

Right now my 69 is my DD. People call me nuts when they learn that I put about 220 miles on it a week. Sure, i get raped at the gas station, but its worth it. I hope to be buying some sort of other car soon, since the Festiva bit the dust. Actually it ran fine, but the brakes and exhaust were shot, and to fix would be more than it was worth.
