Bent Axles...

How does one bend an axle?

I bent one sliding sideways into a curb. Broke my wheel too. That was over half my life ago, when I was younger and dumber.

Overloading will do it too, when I was about 20, I loaded a whole draft of 2x6x10 in my truck to impress my boss in my 69 K2500 that had my custom made spring pack, "2 leaf sets taken apart and matched together"
Held the load ok, but my pass side axle tube looked slightly bent up.

I have a bad wheel wobble and all that I can think of is that the axle is bent.

..... Or the axle is fine but the wheel is bent.

Try swapping the wobbly wheel with a known good one, that will quickly prove it one way or another.
