Wiper Delay from Twouvakind

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Twouvakind (Bill)? I'd like to see if he still makes the wiper delay boxes for our trucks but haven't heard back from him on multiple PMs. I am trying to get everything under my dash sorted out and then install my A/C. I searched his tag and see that his last post was on 10-15-16.

Re: Wiper Delay from Twouvakind

I hope twouvakind responds, as I like to utilize board people, but I searched delay switches and found this:
Revolution Electronics, part # 13009
Gives you three delays, plus your stock slow and fast
Amazon has them
If you get no response, I think I'm going to order one of these.

Re: Wiper Delay from Twouvakind

I appreciate the feed back. I have looked at that delay unit you mentioned and I like Twouvakind's better as it has an infinite delay control knob. I hope Bill is still on the board here as he has helped a lot of people, not only with his delay box but he also sells NOS parts.

I have his kit in my 71 and it's great. Give him time and hopefully he will return your e mails. It took me several weeks to get him when I ordered mine also.
The link to mine.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Perfect,
I really like having the delay. I drive my truck and it has been a really nice mod.

FWIW: I have one of the original designs, probably the second run, and it still works fine.

Re: Wiper Delay from Twouvakind

Revolution Electronics, part # 13009, gotta love those crimp connectors and t taps. Thank you for the positive feedback all. I will churn out another 20 or so once I restock my terminals and terminal shells. By the look of the interest meter, these should sell quickly!

Sign me up for one of those as well! PM me some time, I may be able to help with the terminals you need.

Re: Wiper Delay from Twouvakind

Pardon the newbie question, so you still use the regular knob on the upper right of the dash but as you turn clock wise is switches from stock slow and fast to a variable delay. In other words, all the way to the right is super slow intermittent?

The regular wiper knob works as it always has.

The bottom one will operate the delay.

You don't have to touch the factory knob at all if you don't want to.

Just an update, pictured are 10 control to delay module board harnesses. A slow but somewhat steady build. There will be more to come. I will do my best to sift through all the people in line already.

Being relatively new to the board, can I get more information about this? Connections, use of, etc.

Thanks

Re: Wiper Delay from Twouvakind

Sure, provides 3-30 seconds of wiper delay using a small box to mount and a potentiometer connected via harness to box. Pot needs a 5/16" hole to mount. Also out of the box are 4 wires, one to ground, one to fuse panel and two to the factory wiper switch and harness. If it a 67-72 my then you have an additional two wire harness in between the wiper switch and harness.

Thanks again to twouvakind for putting these together (not to mention the engineering behind them too).

Bill, I sent a PM, thx.

Still building, none in stock at this time. Keep an eye out in the 67-72 parts forum. I do post in 60-66 as well when I have them. Thanks to all who have stepped up, showed interest and plunked down cash to keep this project going.
