Buddy has a cool car elevator at his house, with a shop downstairs. He's letting my Bro store his truck downstairs for the winter. Would not mind something like that myself!

I've seen too many flooded basements in my day to be impressed. That is a well built lift however. Hope it works during power outages and floods...?
