1967 SM420 Driveshaft Question
Trying to get my 67 on the road. Need a complete driveshaft with carrier bearing. It is a c10, 2wd longbox with the 250 six, and sm420. Was wondering if anyone knew the length needed if I was to get a one piece made up. Cannot seem to find any complete 2 piece units for sale otherwise I'd pick one up.

Re: 1967 SM420 Driveshaft Question
Try the members parts for sale board. Post want to buy. Might be a little costly for shipping? Or keep an eye on craigslist I've seen a lot of two piece driveshafts on there. Good luck.

Re: 1967 SM420 Driveshaft Question
Any drive line shop should be able to make you up one in short order. Check out big truck shops too, that's where we always get ours built.

Re: 1967 SM420 Driveshaft Question
Look for an Inland Truck Parts. I've had them build all my DS. May be in the $400-$500 range for a two-piece.
