250 carb. Roch2g or Weber?

My rochester 1 barrel B model carb has seen better days, leaks, and throttle shafts are worn out.
I have a like new 69 Rochester 2g off a 350 Buick. I've been thinking about a Weber or empi 32/36 but I had forgotten I had the 2 barrel carb from my Buick. Any thoughts between the two carbs? If I use the Rochester would I'm not sure if I need to change jets as its stock for a 350. The 250 is stock. Thanks

With either of the 2 Bbls, you'd have to find an 2-into-1 adapter before mounting it on the stock intake.
I would research what the CFMs are for each carb as opposed to the stock Monojet.
I once was about to run a Holley-Weber progressive-linked 2 Bbl off a Late- '70s Vega, but I got talked out of it by the speed shop pros [who obviously were volunteering unbiased info out of the goodness of their hearts w/o regard to personal gain] who said the Vega carb hadn't enough CFMs to feed my 292.
So I got a 390 CFM Holley 4Bbl, an Offy intake and long tube Clifford headers. Good solid equipment and I'm still running the headers and intake. The Holley R-8007 wore out after 25 years and 250,000 miles. I replaced it with a 500 CFM Edelbrock 1404. Truck runs like a striped ape, but it's sometimes hard to pass emissions.

The weber 32/36 is a great carb. I've used several on jeep inline sixes.

Regarding the Weber I see langsdons stovebolt sells the empi copy. Any advice on jets, adapter, and throttle linkage? Thanks
