Help with some wiring.

Im trying to go through my truck and clean it up a bit so i tore out the old power door wiring harness because im picking up a new set of manual doors and the wiring was butchered. I came across a couple things idk what they are one was laying on the floor i traced it up to an idiot light for the cluster but idk what one. the other is a aluminum thing hanging under the dash and id like to put it in the right spot. I also ripped out my f'ed up dash and headliner that was deteriorating and falling into my eyes.

Re: Help with some wiring.

I uploaded what I think is the right diagram. Do a google search and a search here. There is ton of information on the dual tank setup.

I believe that the finned aluminum module is your wiper delay controller. It is usually mounted to the lower steering column.
