My '68 is headed to Mecum Kansas city

Will it's time for a change, I built this truck over 10 years ago and I'm going to let it go. Its scheduled to run across the auction block Friday December 2 at Mecum Kansas City. Wish me luck! It will be tough to see it go, but it's time for a new home.

Your '68 C/30 has been a steady fixture here on the sight, as well as in your corale. You know what you are doing. Good luck with the sale. I also say it is one of the best trucks on this site and wish I could buy.

It's going to be tough, but I have only put just over 1000 miles on it since 2001. So as long as it brings the right money I'll let someone else enjoy it.

Here it is when I bought it 11/17/2000

Good Luck Joe, that truck inspired me to buy the 70 C30 that we are playing with right now. I'm sure mine will never look as good as that Gem.

Re: My '68 is headed to Mecum Kansas city

Probably my favorite 1 ton ever.

I know nothing about this market (other than what the rough ones are worth)... what does a high quality 1 ton flatbed go for? This may be the first one this nice I've ever seen for sale.

The auction, I could see how that can be exciting and nerve racking at the same time. I hope you get big money for the truck. It is a beauty

It 100% original sheet metal. I added the cargo light. The truck was 99% rust free
