Front passenger tires rubbing on front fender where fender and wheel well come to a point. Running 285/75/16's on 16 x 8 Ion's with 4" backspace. Is there a suspension mod or slight lift that's inexpensive. Possible smaller tires say 265's or minor cut some metal away but not too excited about cutting my truck. Smaller tires perhaps? Thoughts?

Those are big tires... I'd say go smaller.

I went with slightly larger springs on the front of my C20 and it gave me an inch or so of clearance. Here is the link that I used... http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...+self+leveling

Whatever you do, do not go with anything over 10" of spring load height as it will NOT work for your truck.

Too big a tire and too little backspacing. One or both of these needs to change if you don't want to trim the "fang" off the front fender cup.

Thanks for the input.....I think I'll go with something like 265/75/16 all around. I believe that should fix the problem.
