Headers
Can anyone give a website or company that have a good set of coated long tube headers that fit a 1969 C10 truck I have been looking online but there are so many to chose from but don't want a set that I need to reconstruct to fit

Re: Headers
Look into jet hot coating. You can buy a less expensive uncoated header and have them jet hot coated for a reasonable price. They coat them inside and out and I believe they are warrantied for life. Don't quote me on the warranty tho lol.

Re: Headers
I did the coated headers and they did not last for me. Went for the E-bay stainless ones no complaints yet 5 or 6 years $158 well spent. Here is a old thread on them

Re: Headers
Does anyone have detailed info on the eBay stainless headers vendor? I've tried following the links in the threads, with no luck, and my free-form eBay searches don't come up with anything.

Re: Headers
Thanks. That's the link I was trying to find. It says in the description that they have 1¼" primaries, which I have never heard of for a SBC. I sent them a message asking for clarification.

Re: Headers
The vendor wasn't able to supply me with any useful information. I guess I'll just buy a set and see what they look like.

Re: Headers
spend the money and never have the headers flake peel or discolor....one of my lessons learned...
