Old Newb.

Where to start? I'm afflicted with the condition known as tow-it-home-itis. I adopt strays, post the builds of them, then eventually get distracted by yet another dull, rusty it-just-needs. My current affliction is a 1972 C10 Cheyenne pickup that needs everything. I just finished a not-at-all-a-toyota-anymore FJ40 and have built Corvettes, Camaros, Buicks (yeah, there is a tie to the name as they are my first love), Fiats and all sorts of other stuff that doesn't spring to mind readily (sometimes that's simply successful repression).

So hi, I joined to see what others are doing and try to avoid the major pitfalls of the 67-72 breed. My plan is a BBC, airbags, and low. I've not decided long or short bed. Currently it's a long bed, but nothing is straight or free from rust so it's all up in the air. I like long beds, but a short bed fits in my garage....

thanks for having me.
