Carpet questions again please

I could use some clarity relating to the different carpet options for my '72 C10.
Researching our past forum posts, I see the differences between bench and bucket seat applications, Cab tank or no inside tank.
I have a 1972 C10 low hump, bench seat interior with Cab gas tank.
ACC brand offers different lengths, one for bench seat and in Cab tank, one for bucket seats with tank and another for buckets with no Cab tank.
Is this correct?
For my application I want to have full carpet coverage under the bench to the inside tank with an ACC matching carpeted tank cover.
I may already know what the answer is:
Purchase the larger/full coverage carpet and trim to fit with the tank carpet?
Also curious to see photos of what you guys applied and input to see what the shorter carpet kit looks like.
